New Year:
- Compulsory charge for new year's Gala Dinner is 2,200 baht net for adult and 1,100 baht net for child 6-12 years old

Transportation: One way
- Chaweng villa From / To Samui Airport 300 Baht for 2 person
- Chaweng villa From / To Nathon pier 500 Baht for 2 person
- All cancellations of FIT Bookings must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance and Group Booking must be confirmed at least 21 days in advance, Which can be made by fax or E-mail, otherwise a full levy of one night charges on total booked shall be payable to the hotel as a No-show charge.
- Last Minute cancellation will be charged one room night in Green Season and Two room nights in High Season.
